    While the idea comes from the right place it’s a slippery slope.

      I agree. What if you didnt actually hear anything because you were asleep or something, do you still get charged for not calling the police? Im not sure how it would work. Imagine how many would claim they didnt hear anything as well and how would they prov they really didnt
