Is it normal that i need to shit all the time?

I am overweight. I used to eat whatever i wanted so i understand that i used to shit a lot. For the past 3 weeks i have been on a calorie restricted diet yet i am still shitting like a maniac. 3 small meals a day yet i shit as much as i used to. Its annoying. When i run in the morning i feel the urge to shit so i have learned to squeeze one out before i leave the house. Honest post although crudely written soz lol what gives???

          I try to stay hydrated as possible with at least a liter of water everyday.

          Oh and in regards to food poisoning my stools are not like diarrhea and i always make sure that any meat or food is piping hot and cooked throughout.

    Perhaps it's something you're eating? Is it too much fiber, dairy, or artificial sweeteners? Those can cause digestive upset if eaten too much.

    • Lol well i reduced to 1900 calories and then 3 weeks ago i reduced it further to 1500 and have remained at that. Clothes fit better and have had comments about looking slimmer already its great lol. Anyway as a gradual change you would think my body would be ok but i guess not.
