Your opinion of my older brother

My older brother has always been a cruel person. I can remember when I was about 5 or so when he found a litter of kittens in the area beside our grandmothers house and he taped all of them to a brick and tossed them into a stream to drown behind her house. Soon afterward, he caught me on my knees playing and decided to jump on top of me and pound my face into the tile floor until he had knocked several teeth out and I had to be taken to the ER. When my adult teeth grew in, I always had an overbite from the trauma and have had two sinus surgeries in my adult life.

He supposedly raped our sister, but she is a bit delusional and I wasn't there, so Im not sure if that's thevtruth or not.

There is ore, of course, but I think you get the idea.

What is your opinion of him? Is he a psychopath or sociopath, or what? He had encephalitis as a small child, so maybe he's brain damaged. What's your opinion?
