I use "Imma go pee." or "I gotta use the bathroom brb." If I'm asking where they are I would say "where's the bathroom(s)" or sometimes "where is the restrooms/can you point me to where the restrooms are/do you have a restroom I can use" or something. That last one is for like fancy places. I always thought those types of sayings were weird and unnecessary.
I go to the bathroom to wash my hands, have a shower or clean my teeth: if I'm going to have a piss or a shit I go to the dunny or the loo or the toilet and I've never had a rest in a restroom unless it has a bed in it
