You have to be clean before any sexual acts right?

So why does social media portray otherwise?

For example when you see a raunchy sex scene about to happen on TV, my first thought is what if she has her period?

In real life nothing can get heated if she has her full on heavy period. Not for me anyway.

The movie Orange is the new Black has many scenes which involve the chick with the black hair sticking her hand down the blonde girls pants and getting her off.
In reality, this couldn't happen spur of the moment or even going down on each other for the matter unless you ask the woman if she's

A) Doesn't have her monthly?

B) Is she clean ?

Why do they portray sex so spur of the moment thing on TV and how can u have a spontaneous intimate moment with one when you don't know what is going on down below?

If you spend any time at all around a girl, you know what their cycle is. It's pretty obvious and if you are intimate you know.

    And third, what's bothering you?
The (in your mind) uncleanliness of it all, or just the fact that they don't seem to even give it a thought?

You don't know what they think as they shove their hand down a persons pants. Some people can act natural even when worrying about such stuff.

    Thank you and goodnight! :)

But to get back on to that track of which you asked the question:

I never really thought of it like that. Not that complicated at least.

But for one, it's because it's, DUH, a movie. The story has to follow the right narrative. They can't and don't always tell true stories because then th movie would loose the read thread.

And second, what does social media has to do with what's on the television?

I am a woman, and I find that time of the month excruciating. I get disgusted at myself, at it. And at those times I feel dirty and unclean even if i just showered. Most of the times I get kinda nausas and in pain and couldn't be turned on. But sometimes it's the opposite. I kinda go around being horny all the time.
And if I would meet someone who wouldn't mind having a little rumbelingtumbelingrattjaho then I wouldn't mind it either as long as I was feeling good.

First, not everyone is as squeamish about sex during periods as you are.

As far as the hand-down-pants scenario is concerned, you do understand that the vast majority of women don't require vaginal penetration in order to reach orgasm, right?

If a woman is using a tampon, it's entirely possible for her to be manually stimulated to orgasm with no mess at all, since all that's necessary is stimulation of the clitoris. I've known a couple women whose preferred method of masturbation was moving the flat of the hand on the outside of her panties, and they could get off by that method even if they were wearing a sanitary pad.

    • I disagree..I don't feel a lot of women would like to engage in sexual activity when they are in pain and bleeding

I'm a guy, so I have no personal experience of menstruation, but I have been in long-term relationships with several women. Some of them experienced mild, unpleasant symptoms of various sorts during their periods, but none of them were in agony.

You're free to disagree all you want, but the fact is that some women are at their horniest during their period.

You appear to know little about the physiology of women and female sexuality.

If you're a guy, you'd probably find that, if you were to learn more about these topics, the women you have sex with would enjoy it more and you'd therefore find it better.

If you're a woman, I suggest you question where you picked up your attitudes concerning sex, and just how much you actually know about your own body and sexuality.

Your view that a menstruating woman is "unclean" suggests you might be the victim of misogynistic, anti-sex religious indoctrination. Bear in mind that most men who claw their way up to positions of authority in religions are at least sexually-conflicted, frequently hypocritical about what they preach about sex and actually practice, and often privately engage in activities that they publicly proclaim to be sinful. It's foolish to accept what a religious fanatic or a so-called sacred text has to say about sexuality.

            • I'm a female so I know from personal experience that it's definitely not nice down there when in flow and some women go through excruciating pain.
If it's bad, some faint/black out (Almost had that).
Some vomit and I have had this too.
In general, we can get sore boobs and a lot just don't want to be touched.
