Honestly I thought of a giant dude with pink hair, purple skin, and a tuxedo that shot lasers. I honestly don't know how'd I'd pronounce it. I'd wind up getting it wrong. XD
I'm Maltese and this reminds me of a Maltese name Xandru (Pronounced "Shandru") you can be called if you are a male. I guess you could have "Xandra" as a female variant since the name is from Alexander/Alexandra but that's less common.
Never heard of this variant though.
