Wwyd if you got more than you ordered at mcdonalds drive thru?

I think returning cooked food to a fast food restaraunt from a distance from there to your home would be a waste of time. Do you really think that it would be put back on the shelf for others to order? Is that even the right thing to do?
In that situation I think the only right thing to do is to keep it. Returning it will do nothing.

It's actually illegal for them to take it back and serve it to others, so it's yours! Once the food leaves their possesion they could get in legal trouble for serving it to someone else.

There have been many times where I received the wrong order and told them. They give you what you actually ordered and tell you to keep the extra food.

Anybody that says they would drive back is lying.

I wouldn't drive back. I'm sure they'd be more than happy for you to keep it. It seems in line with their strategy of growing their market by "growing" their customers.

went though a Mcdonalds drive though and didnt notice my breast was out from eltting one of ym boys breast feed.

orderd for all and didnt count my change, got my food only when drive home poeple where wavign at me then i noticed my breast out.

when i got home i had more food than we had asked for, two phone numbers and only paid for what i asked for.

I'd say, "Why the hell am I in a Macky-D drive-through when I don't drive?" Then I'd say, "Why the hell am I in a Macky-D drive-through when I don't eat meat?" Then I'd say, "Why the hell am I in a Macky-D drive-through" when there are so few drive throughs here that I don't know where one is. Then I'd say, "Why the hell am I in a Macky-D drive-through when most of the food translates as early death?"

After that, I'd just drink the extra milkshake. As long as it didn't have meat in it. :)

And let's be fair your telling a idiot that they can't even get a simple job right, sort of like slapping a blind kid in the face.

I'd probably dump the whole lot in a bin, drive straight home, ask myself why I keep going to the home of "100% fat" crap, then go on a diet and improve my lifestyle.

I'd just eat up all the evidence and no one would be any wiser. A defo win win situation!

happened to me before. They gave me three extra fries, even though i ordered only one, but they forgot a couple of the burgers, so i had to say something.

Does get kinda confusing when ordering for six people though.

It would be stupid to return it. If someone goes there and gives them food back telling them they gave them more than they should, they would be forced to throw it away. They aren't allowed to give food to a costumer that another person brought in. So you would be wasting gas AND food. Just eat it. It was their mistake anyway.

i would eat it all and take a fat dump in a bag and leave that bag at the front door in the morning, duh.
