Wtf moment

Awhile ago I was lost but I new where I was. I was deeply thinking during this time. I kept on trying to get home but I seemed more lost. Yet I Knew exactly where I was, The sides of my vision were blurry and I don't know what happened at times but I guess I kept on walking. When at the end of one Section of time I didn't remember what happened I was finally home and I wasn't all wacky like before and I had a limp.
Additional details
I don't know what happened.
I was thinking about almost everything that happened.
Strangely the parts I do remember I felt awesome and incredibly clear.
I have never taken alcohol Hallucinogens or drugs
I this is normal because it happens commonly to me this one is just more substantial than the others i want feedback more than anything.
sorry if i have bad grammar or writing

I read a very similar story to this in the paper recently, and a girl was being drugged by her husband almost daily! Be careful who you are eating or drinking with - they could be drugging you for a laugh. Get to the doctor for blood tests ASAP!

Well its hard for me to explain more but ill try. ya know in a war movie when an explosion goes off and the guys getting up (well the camera) and everything blurry and you can hear people yelling. Its kinda like that except an hour feels like 10 minutes.
I might also post another story about my weird type of deja vu thats kinda similar cause when i get deja vu that happens that might help also.

Well I have heard of this thing when the brain has a chemical were your subconsciousness takes over and you almost go on to auto pilot and just do the normal every day things.

Are you sleeping enough because this can trigger it and if it is this the hairs on your left arm will get goose bumps it is a weird reaction to the chemical in your brain that's released any ways go see a doctor but I am sure it's nothing serious.

Whoa please explain more op! this used to happen to me when i was younger.

all of a sudden i noticed i would zone out, (i'd be like oh its happening again) everything around me seemed almost meaningless and i could here my thoughts clearly. i felt almost weightless when i moved. after a few minutes i would remember what happened but most of it was blank.

This happened to me! I went to school and walked into the computer room. The teacher was having a one on one lesson and told me to leave but I kept on walking...I couldn't see much and everything was really blurry and I knew where I was but couldn't process that I should leave. It eventually sunk in and to this day I can clearly remember the teacher's face of pure bewilderment. 3 years later and I put it down to a dream...that's what it felt like, but I know it wasn't :-/

I saw something like this on TV years ago. A man just took off and drove to another town where he stayed for a couple of days. He took a room, paid for it and behaved normally (according to witnesses) Yet afterwards he didn't remember any of it. Complete blackout. Temporal amnesia or something. Maybe you had a much milder version of that.

You temporarily slipped into the spectral realm.

At first, it sounded like you were high, but if you insist that you have not taken any drugs, I would suspect something wrong with your brain.

Like the one guy posted, an absence seizure may be possible, but I'd really go to a doctor to find out more. It could even be something as serious as a brain tumor.

that's odd. wonder if maybe you were having a small seizure or something? i don't know why it would be a seizure, but that's just what popped into my head. stroke maybe? alien abduction? i don't know.
