Wtf happened?

So this has happened twice now, both this year. Today was much worse, though.

I was vibin, a few minutes after I rolled out of bed, but then I got a really bad pang of anxiety, and felt like I was going to vomit.

I steadied myself by sitting down and gripping the wall and table beside me, but it was so hard to keep my balance and not fold in on myself.

My vision went all staticky, and colours were so weird, it honestly looked like a media portrayal of being on shrooms or something.

I also started shaking really bad, like extremely bad. My body got these hot and cold flashes, and along with that came a pounding headache.

Idk what just happened, but I thought I was dying, I'm better now. IIN, and what is it called? Thanks.

That's definitely not normal. It could be a panic attack, but your physical symptoms are really disturbing. One of the symptoms of heart problems is psysical nausea & an impending sense of doom. Even if it is just anxiety, it's worth getting checked out. It's not normal to feel like you're fucking dying.

Do you also feel like fainting or like you're gonna pass out?

A panic attack? They’re quite common, there’s anti anxiety meds you can probably get for that but it’s probably better to just learn what coping strategies work best for you and avoid having to take pills.
