Write out scenarios for lucid dreaming, iin?

So, I Lucid dream, it's fun, but for the longest time, Ive been writing out these long ass stories for me to Lucid Dream in, Like I make characters, worlds, lore etc. I guess what Im asking is, is it unhealthy to do this? I interact with people, even though Im an introverted person, but I enjoy creating these fantasy scenarios. what do I do?

I think it's normal, and also pretty awesome.

  • yeah its normal for sure. maybe you can realize through your lucid dreams that you do not have to be introverted. if you can talk to people and be sociable while in the world of unreality you could be sociable in the world of reality if you chose to as well

I got into lucid dreaming a couple of years ago read this book called exploring the world of lucid dreaming written by Stephen Laberge I think an ivy league researcher of the subject everything you could ever want to know about the subject is encompassed in that book. I got to the point that I could go from being awake to being asleep without ever losing consciousness it was hard but it happened a couple times but what the op is talking about is incredible if you can actually script an entire dream settings and everything I am seriously amazed

I'm not very good at controlling the scenario when I lucid dream, the last time I decided to fly which was pretty cool but I woke up after about a 2 minutes maybe.

I wish I could explore elaborate fantasy worlds via lucid dreaming. I do lucid dreaming too, but 9 times out of 10 it's only as a way to stop myself from having a nightmare.
