The modern day ultra conservative Republican Party has flirted with fascism for a long time now, finally it has become obvious to even some of the MSM that what we have now is a real danger to our democracy.
Republicans have refused to fight their baser instincts for so long now, the southern strategy for example, that I believe they are incapable of finding the road back from extremism. After all it has been part of their success story, embracing religious extremists in the Reagan era. The money thought it wise to embrace vile people as part of their base for the sole purpose of “winning”, now they are risking being eaten by their creation. Their monster is threatening the village and the village is waking up to the threat, too late in my opinion.If not Trump, the next one in line will be Ted Cruz, if not the same damn thing, worse.

I haven't seen a doctor in 7 years because I can't afford it. I have a heart problem that causes seizures and I have non-diabetic hypoglycemic episodes without knowing the cause. All of this lands me in the hospital on and off, which I avoid as much as possible because of the debt I can't make any payments on. Other than the E.R. I have no care, though.
Bernie believes in a single payer healthcare system, which means I wouldn't have to worry about paying for anything. The quality of care may go down, but it's better than the complete lack of that I've had.
He's the most likely candidate who could help me see a doctor. If states didn't sue the government over Medicaid, I'd already be seeing one, but that obviously isn't the case. It's the only point of view that concerns me in this election. I think everything else is horse shit. My cats are fine. I don't know if I told you I got a third one? Not sure how long it's been since we last talked. Anyway, he's black, he came with the name Seymour but we call him Ratty. He acts like a character from Courage the Cowardly Dog who happens to be a rat, he also really likes to chew up cardboard like a rat. He has a slightly deformed mouth and he's a little over a year old. He's very vocal and he gets confused when you get mad at him for biting your hand.
Clovis, my Tabby, is doing pretty good. He's gotten to be a little more on edge since we took the new cat in, though. He never bit me before, but not long after we took in Ratty he started getting moody and actually bites or swats when you tell him no now. He's also taken a liking to olives. When there's olive juice on your finger, he'll lick and bite you like it's catnip.
Luna is still just as fat and sweet as ever. Well, to me and my boyfriend. She's always been a bitch to everyone else.How about you? You get any new rats?

Nah, I just broke up with this chick I've been dating while I told her I'd never talk to her again if she fucked another guy and wouldn't care so long as she told me after she did it we could remain friends. Shit happened I cut the bitch off now it's just me and lil olé ratty here getting her nice and plump eating basically whatever I eat and she has a very shiny and healthy fur coat soft etc. The only down side to so much feeding is her shitting and pissing out side of her cage.
