Imagine if your boyfriend takes you out to eat often like 6 times a month on average, but 95% of the time, it's at McDonald's. Would you think your boyfriend is a cheap person, or is he being generous, but in small amounts?

What's the context? Is he actually taking you out to eat, as in a date where eating McDonald's IS the date? Or are you both just out on the town and decide to get some food?
If it's the former, that's fucked up. Not because he's cheap, but because he's boring. Even if it were a nice restaurant there should be more to a relationship than eating in public together. If it's the latter, it's fine, so quit your bitching.
Depends what his job is. Not everyone is loaded, especially these days. You should be thankful he can take you out at all!
How many times do you take him out? Are you taking him somewhere better? You should complain about it to him and maybe if hes lucky he will see what a self absorbed brat you are and dump your fat ass.

Just tell him you don't like McDonald's because it's unhealthy as fuck and suggest that you both go somewhere else to eat. If it's always him taking you out for a meal, then take him out for a change.

Is it a 'date date' or casual, 'let's go out for no particular reason and grab a bite' kinda thing.. It really depends, haha. If it's an actual 'date' I'd be pretty pissed with his cheap ass. However, if it's just a casual bite, then no.. I wouldn't be upset.
Unless you are also taking him out on dates and paying too, I wouldn't be calling him cheap.

If he's 13, he's generous. It depends on the guy's salary. This reminds me of those engagement/wedding ring ads. I think those diamond ring ads are bullshit. No man should have to spend that much to convince a woman he loves her. I want dutch all around, unless one of the couple is much wealthier and wants to do stuff the other person can't afford, they should split the cost.
McDonalds is gross. He could at least take you to a nicer fast food chain like, Sonic. Hahaha
If you are both about 7, it'd be cool. My 7yo wants maccas every chance he gets. Otherwise, how about you get motivated and take his lardy arse out to dinner at subway, just like the dude who lost about 500lbs by esting subway 3 times a day, and doing a lot of walking, don't forget the walking.
Okay basically, I wish I could afford to take a guy/girl out to MacDonald's 6 times a month. Hypothetically. Wouldn't want to actually eat that crap that often.
