If you mean we could roll back time and make a better decision, I would think anyone would accept this opportunity to right a wrong, or change the outcome for the better. I dont think it necessarily means you are not content with yourself, though. Also, 'bad' is a fairly subjective term, and it could refer to the decision itself, or the outcome of a decision that had no ill intent, or some other aspect, so in general, its too broad a question if you are hoping to compare answers because of the scope...
YES... i wass stupid when i was younger and me and my mate were smashing windows of a truck near a construction site...we the got arrested and let off with a final warning :(. now i have a permanent criminal record... if i could undo that my life would be SO much better
My then-girlfriend five years ago really wanted to go to the local market, and being the lousy boyfriend that I was, I said I would prefer to stay at home instead. Man, I really regretted that. If I could turn back time, I would spend more time with her and actually make her happy.
I went to talk to the priest at my church once because I had hacked my mom's bank account and robbed her and he told me to open the bible anywhere with my eyes closed and put my finger on a random place and read and do u know what I read........."And judas hung himself"
On a personal level I have no regrets I don't see the point in them as I can't go back and change them so there's no use of dwelling or belly aching, and I must have though I was making the right choice at the time or I wouldn't have done/not done what U did at th@ time. I know it's also very old boring and clique to say yhis but it's true that we learn from our mistakes and bad decisions. xx
I wouldn't have made that one call....
I wouldn't have started taking things i Shouldn't
yes, having a crush on a married boss, and nearly ruining their marriage, no, I didnt sleep with him and do anything really bad, I just his house one day and his wife answered the phone, that was back in 1989, I was about 21, I regret everything I did, now he still wont have anything to do with me on FB,
Everything happens for a reason, and it's all experience. That's how I think about it. No regrets. :)
I would certainly change a mistake I made, one that frankly would of completely altered my life.
No
and I'm extremely unhappy with myself
all the missed oppertunities
all the wrong things I said
all the things I did wrong
the quizzes i failed
the loves i lost
the injuries I got
No, I wouldn't change anything
I am who I am because of my mistakes
my failures define who I am.
I would take back the time when I cut myself at age 11. Not doing that would have saved me from SO MUCH trouble. I still struggle with it sometimes...
The question is moot, because if you could take it back you wouldn't be the person now who felt the guilt enough to want to reverse a decision. If you never failed, you'd be so damn cocky that such a though would be out of the question. If you've ever known such a person, you know this is a fact. EVERY person thinks of regrets in their lives, no matter what catch phrase they say in the contrary. But we live and we learn, which is the reason we're alive (don't eat bloated cans of spaghetti-o's, just as a tip from me).
I would take back the time years ago when I was 13 and told my Best friend that it would be cool to overdose, She did, She suffered kidney and liver problems, She's now dead.
