With neither as an option I don't see the point of the rest of them, of course I wouldn't want either of them!

Please, please, please, for the love of God work on your grammar, pal. It's hard to understand what you are saying.

I have a physical disability already. Though its not severe enough to get government assistance for. So its just a really inconvenient pain in the ass. However if we mean disability so severe it impairs you I guess I might like something I can get SSI for that doesn't entirely impair my normal functioning such as maybe missing a leg? With disease it either kills you rapidly, slowly or at a certain age you start to deteriorate. I dont want that.

That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

I'd rather inherit physical flaws. I have already dealt with buck teeth in my past and I am still glad I had those instead of a disease.

Physical flaws or as I see it character traits. Tah hell with this world's view of beauty!

"This world's idea of beauty" is pretty universal. It is simply regularity of features, coupled with well=balanced bodily proportions. Also strong toned muscles, slim ankles, ect.
I don't think that a flabby physique would be considered beautiful in ANY culture, much less an obese one. Or double chins, or jowls, or dimply cottage-cheesy shapeless cellulite butts. Ditto for overbites, underbites, crooked teeth, Neanderthal chins, beady eyes, big noses... you get the idea.
Ask yourself... would Beavis and Butt-head be handsome in ANY culture? I think not!

Seeing as I already have physical flaws... ANYWAYS, those physical flaws is what gives a person a personality. If it wasn't for my flaws, I would've became a popular bitch, but instead I'm a nice person... or I try to be nice anyways.

Where is the option for "disease"? Unless your grammar is shite and you forgot to put the comma in "I'd rather be good looking to hell with health!"

I might as well be ugly on the outside and filter out all the shallow people.

I'd rather be ugly on the inside, because I'd rather exploit people (and have the power to choose not to, as per free will) than be tormented by them over something I have no control over (being physically ugly.)
