    I prefer being the big spoon most of the time, but every now and then it's good to be the little spoon, comforting (I'm male).

        Sort of. With spooning, you both face the same direction and fit together like two spoons in a cupboard. With cuddling, you could be facing the same direction.

    The entire spooning system is a sham! The male, via the big spoon, is lured in with the breast-massage and the butt-hump and falsely given the impression that these things will lead to sex. The female, as the little spoon, feels as though she is receiving a big hug from behind, which validates her opinion that cuddling is somehow desirable to men in-and-of itself, when in fact--as all men secretly know-- cuddling is foreplay!

    Only by reversing the spooning illusion can we escape from the web of lies! We must "bend the spoon." Women! be the big spoon! Men! be the little spoon!

    You know. Sometimes.

          It's the position; little spoon is the one being cuddled, big spoon is the one doing the cuddling.

    Is it normal that I'm 18, and I only found out what spooning was about a week ago? XD

    I've spooned before of course, many times, but never knew what it was, or that it was called spooning. XD
