If you were invisible and you had always been invisible, would you be aware of your own existence?

Knowing you exist hinges on self-awareness. Self-awareness hinges on having the capacity to think. So yes, I think I'd be aware of my existence.
But it is interesting. I've always believed that there are degrees of reality. Some things are more real than others.
This reminds me of the "if I tree falls in a forest and no-one is there to hear it, does it make a sound?" question.
Existence does not depend on whether you can be (or are) observed by others.
I am aware of myself and other people are too, therefore I am not visible and neither or they. Unless of course, we are really invisible but we can see each other because we are linked by our invisibility,,,
I think you're getting things confused. If you're invisible but 'alive' then obviously you know you exist. If you mean that you're not alive then of course not.
Are you inquiring about life after death? there's no evidence for it, but don't tell the religious, they'll swear that's a magic invisible Disneyworld that you go to when you die.
I think the OP is asking if you are invisible and so no one sees you do you realize you exist. Like if your in a room and no one acknowledges you do you know you are really there. Or would you think that you don't really exist. However by having a conciseness at all you must exist somewhere. Even if its not on this plane.

I'd be aware of my existence, but others wouldn't.
I'd use my invisibility to accomplish things a normal person would never be able to.
If knowledge is something that can be proven, then you can't ever know that you exist.
Curiously enough, a simple digital camera can easily see itself in front of the mirror just like you and I, and yet it doesn't "exist". What you see when you say you see yourself (or what others see when they look at you) is not really "you" but merely the outside of the meat that shelters you. Stripped away from it you would still exist, pretty much in the same way as you do with it.
So you really can't be seen by yourself or others as easily as your post suggests. I'm not saying it's impossible to "see" yourself, but rather that your question needs a little more thought. You must have heard sometime the phrase "I think therefore I am".
Even if invisible, I would still show up if a stream of water. Such as in the shower of a women's locker room.
Well you didn't say anything about hunger or urinating. So if you still eat and pee, it'd be obvious that you're alive. Especially if the food you eat doesn't become invisible one you swallow it.
