I'd probably want to but I doubt I would do it. I always try to practice restraint when it comes to things you can't undo. Killing someone is the most permanent thing you can do to someone, and I'm sure at some point in my life I'd come to regret it. I wouldn't want to live with even the chance of having to carry that weight

No, because I don't want to go to prison. There are a lot of things I want to do, but I won't do just because I don't want to go to prison, but unlike most people, I actually have self-control and free will.

Stringency itself isn't abusive as long as it is paired with consistency and patience, and implemented in a way that isn't degrading or malicious, or full of uncontrolled rage.

If a really abusive parent replaced my real parent, then me as my adult self sized down to a teenage sort of age, would probably take comfort in prayer, confide in friends and counsellors and try to get out of that situation and away from my family as soon as possible.

Me as my actual child self took comfort in prayer, but also isolated myself from peers and potential friends, journaled, threw myself into my studies and music, idolised and 'adopted' other caring adults to be my 'safe people', and faked self-harm for fear that I wouldn't be deemed to be suffering enough to 'deserve' help.

If he's just strict and you're thinking that, then there may be something wrong with you. You should get help.

If you're being physically and mentally abused then I guess it's normal enough to think about it, and they may even deserve it. You still shouldn't do it though because it'd ruin your life, and you don't deserve that. Just go to the police or social services. If they don't do anything then you could try secretly recording the abuse.
