    The fact that they might evacuate their bladder and/or bowels on me or my furniture is an instant turn-off.

    But who would be wearing a diaper, and get all hot and heavy with someone and not say something?? It doesn't seem likely that they'd just act like nothing's out of the ordinary, I'd think they'd probably either mention it beforehand or discreetly take it off before undressing. I mean, they've probably been through this before....

    I would assume it was paraphilic infantilism, not a bladder issue. I can pretty easily forgive a bladder control problem, that's not the person's fault. I'm not into adult baby play, but if it was something they really liked and I was into their PERSONALITY as well as their looks, I'd be willing to indulge a little for the sake of some fun sex.

    As long as they didn't want to crap in it. Gross.
