There's no option for me here, because I wouldn't think any differently having sex with them than anyone else, even if they weren't fully post op yet.
Post op means they had the surgery finished right? Do you mean a female becoming a man or a man becoming a female? It would depend honestly. I mean if its someone that just looks like a man with a wig and boobs and now has a vagina but still looks like a man no. I have seen some men that are so obviously men turn into women and its just looks weird. If its something more believable and it looks like a believable female possibly.
