There are actually laws governing this in survival situations at sea, so it is not unacceptable or criminal under certain circumstances.

If it was a life or death situation, Id have no issue eating it as long as the person wasn't killed specifically TO eat them. Like if they already died...I don't see why everybody else should die too.

I don't really see a problem with it. People donate their bodies to science when they die, why not donate themselves to a restaurant?
If the cooked person was someone I HATE with all my heart then I would eat. I actually thought about killing and eating my enemies.

If I was starving to death and my best friend or girlfriend had died of starvation, I would eat them. They wouldn't want me to starve would they?

I had it dehydrated and encapsulated. Took it like a pill. My burps tasted metallic. But they kept me happy.
It is a good source of nutrients, specifically Iron. Childbirth depletes your body of iron and supplements just don't pack the same punch. By taking it, it helps ward of postpartum depression as well as helping you heal, in general.

I am one already. Favorite body parts to eat include fingernails, hair and blood.
If I was going to die unles I ate human meat then I would have no problem in eating huan flesh.
