    Nope. I exercise 3-6 days a week. Drinking beer afterwards isn't going to re-hydrate me.

      That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Drinking nothing but beer would dehydrate you because of the alcohol content, and you would die of dehydration even faster than if you were to drink nothing. Stupid person. Stupid, stupid, stupid!

    I pretty much used to do this everyday.. Drink beer with my friends all day. Those were the good times when I wasn't working and had money to party with.
