As long as he washed his hands I'm cool with that. Anyway gloves doesn't mean the joint is always clean.
No offence but you all have done at some point. At restaurants there is a lot of food poking and kitchens are hot so there will most likely be sweat in your food.
Who cares as long as his hands are washed.
Many states do not require gloves for food handling, unless the person has nail polish, fake nails, or a ring on. If the hands are completely bare and washed, then it's perfectly safe for them to make a sandwich, even if the person has sweaty armpits.
There's nothing quite like people inventing their own make-believe health code... especially when they get mad about food-preparers not following the imaginary rules.
Aren't they always made that way? I wasn't required to wear gloves in my first job of making sandwhichs. I'll be happy if I don't find a chopped finger or hair in it.
