    I can't imagine a scenario where I would cut the tip of my finger off to save an animal, much less my legs. Unless we are being extremely technical and including humans in term animal.

          A thick porterhouse or filet mignon with just the right amount of seasoning and sear on it . I want a nice juicy steak basking in the glory of natural beef flavour and some butter to finish her off with sautéed onions , mushrooms , greens .. whatever toppers you like and definitely a side of au ju sauce made from it's pan seared juices ! I feel like an all steak diet could be possible if affordable LOL I love summer time .. the steaks hit the BBQ at least twice a week xD

    is the animal the kind that grants wishes? is it lying in the hospital bed, desperately asking me for my legs so it can be attached to its body? is this the real life? is this just fantasy?

    I don't see any situations in which this could help, but i'm not denying that there could possibly BE one, although obviously it's very obscure. I don't think I would trust MYSELF to perform the procedure, however, so no, I wouldn't do it alone but, if someone with a well-established medical background and an understanding of the situation calmly and coherently explained it to me, I at the very least would consider it.

    I fail to see any logical scenario where cutting off a leg would save an animal.

    Even if we lived in a Monty Python sketch, I would fail to see that working, and giant babies and traffic cones regularly beat people up there!

    I have not even heard of any successful leg transplants giving another human the ability to walk!

    I have no idea what scenario this would take place but I have to say NO even though technically they off their body parts for us to live , not willingly though so it's not the same xD
