I don't know if it's because I'm an ex-smoker, but kissing a woman who has just finished a cigarette has become a huge turn-on for me. It's instant trouser trouble.
I'm an ex smoker and would be afraid I'd cave in to the temptation if I were around it regularly. I also think it smells bad now (when I was a smoker I was immune to the smell) and it makes me cough.
If I saw someone smoking, I would turn, walk away, and never speak to them again. It's filthy and disgusting and it sickens me. I would never have anything to do with a smoker.

I agree with Valkeer. Avoiding someone based on a habit is horribly superficial.
So if I was standing in the middle of the crowd with you all and my habit happens to be that I cant stop my nasty stinky smelly farts. Would that bother you or would you all stand there and take in the "essence de' butthole". My thing with many smokers, I give someone a ride, they automaticaly start to light one up in my vehicle because they are rude and do not think about other people around them, and how bad their "farts" are to those of us that choose not to smoke or flat cannot stand the smell and the inability to breath without gagging and almost throwing up. I have never smoked and I would rather be around people doin a line of meth. It doesnt stink up my clothes, I dont have to inhale their 2nd hand (cough, gag, cough, cough) smoke. It seems many smokers just assume they have the right to smoke anywhere they want to regardless of whos around. They need to learn common courtesy.

If they're a nice person I wouldn't avoid them simply because they're a smoker, but I'd prefer it if they didn't smoke.
It is bad enough that smoking gradually ruins a woman's skin and voice. What's worse though, is that it is an indicator that she is a simple-minded herd animal. Smoking, at least among the younger generation, usually goes hand-in-hand with loose moral standards and the kind of extroverted party lifestyle I want nothing to do with.
I wouldn't mind dating a smoker, but if I'm gonna live with that person I'd rather he/she spends money on more important things and not waste all on cigarettes

it doesn't bother me, really, so as long as the person doesn't smoke in the house or smokes waaay too much -it wouldn't stop me.
I make it a habit to avoid smokers (of anything) like the plague! If I know the person is a smoker, I refuse to be near them. Even if we're outside. If I even smell smoke on someone's clothes, I leave the room.<BR><BR>I had to ride in a smoker's car a few months ago. O.M.G! It was the single worst experience of my life! No exaggeration! And since it was still winter time, I couldn't even roll the windows down!<BR><BR>So my answer, now and forever is a loud, resounding NO!

Im in denial about it! Have been for like 4 years now I smoke but mabye 1-3 a day (Not packs!) and alot on weekends. Sometimes just grosses me out and i wont smoke for a few weeks or months..
I used to not care one way or another, now I avoid it. But if I was crazy about a girl and she happened to smoke, that wouldnt stop me
I dont mind if they smoke. It just better not be meth or crack or were gonna have problems... if they dont share.
