Would it be worse to lose your penis or your balls?

Half of us have never had either and have managed perfectly well all our lives. So if you guys had to loose one or the other I would suggest you just went for both and have a sex change.

Losing your penis would be worse. Not having any balls won't affect you, unless you want to have kids. Now losing your penis..that's a different story.

You can just get on TRT to keep your testosterone normal. So it would be worse to have your penis taken.

Before I start giving my points, I want to declare that I am not an expert in the field. I do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of my statement. I don't think I need to explain to anyone here what a penis or testicles are, so I'll get straight to the point.

To replace the penis, you would have to take a large graft and have it shaped into a penis, at the same time you need another graft to cover the donor area again. I have heard that this procedure is not without its risks. It is definitely painful, you end up in intensive care for a few days and you can even die from it if the doctor makes a mistake or you get infected with something. After the procedure, there is no guarantee that the penis will develop feeling and look like a normal penis, let alone function like one. You can't get an erection with that dick unless you want an implant but these are made for erectyl dysfunction and not for artificial penises.

Without a penis, you can't go to the toilet in the same way as a woman. Of course you can sit down, but because the pee hole is in a slightly different position, you would probably have to lean forward a bit. Also, I think that the pressure of urination could cause urine to get on the toilet seat if you don't lean forward.

If you don't have testicles, you can't get testicular cancer. Of course, you also can't have children and would have to take testosterone supplements for hormonal balance, but I have seen that there are injections that you only have to take every three months. Apart from that, there are first attempts to produce artificial sperm and egg cells from human tissue samples and there is still the possibility to adopt a child. To make sure you still have balls in your pants, you can get testicular implants. I've never heard of anyone dying or ending up in intensive care or having to have another emergency operation.

My gf has often said that i think with my penis most of the time so yeah, worse to lose my penis.
