Would it be normal to give my aunt a mothers day card?

I know its ages away but I was just wondering if it would be okay to give my aunt a mothers day card. I love her so much, I think of her like a mother and she thinks of me like a daughter. Would she like or would she be offended? Is okay for me to give her a mothers day card?

I think she'd love it. :) Especially if she doesn't have children. I would be flattered if I were her.

I think she'd be flattered that you consider her to be like a mother to you.

Of course it's normal. She prob wouldn't mind, everyone likes to know they're appreciated.

That sounds wonderful. I'm sure she wouldn't mind.

I used to same thing, but with my grandfather. My father died when I was young and I remember sometimes giving him a father's day card or was it just a grandfather's card?
Either way, I used to think of him as a father.

Why wait when you can give her a special thank you card today?

No she doesnt have children and neither is she married. I call her mum anyway and I'm the closest to a child she has. Thanks for the comment. :)

It's just a way of showing affection, so I think she would appreciate it. However, her children (if she has any) may feel offended but that all really depends on your relationship with them. P.s I give my aunt a mothers day card as well :p x
