Would guys care if an attractive girl has autism?

I have high functioning autism and it mostly effects me socially and it makes my senses more sensitive. I've had many guys say they thought I was attractive and that my shyness can be cute sometimes, but I wasn't interested in them. I also get compliments on my intelligence.

Most guys I've been interested in I've never approached because I was afraid to be seen as awkward by them. I've never been in a relationship. I've never told anyone about my autism besides close friends.

It depends on what level of autism you are talking about. Autism like many mental illnesses has had it's classifications expanded dramatically. So people who 20 years ago would've been considered normal are now labeled as autistic.

Nope. As long as you're attractive, guys don't care at all. However, don't let them take advantage of you.

I think some of the more severe cases of aspergers I would have difficulty with but other than that I am open for love in whatever form it takes

What has a disability got to do with anything its the person you fall in love with any faults you learn to live with

I accidently hit yes but no don't even worry about it. As long as youve got a good personality people will like you

I voted yes because sadly many people do look at this illness as if it should somehow be compared to Down syndrome. I do think that telling a guy that you have autism will scare them if they don't know you personally. Although this is sad how negative this stigma is, it is how people treat it. I would recommend only telling a guy that you get pretty close with. Tell him later once things get more serious. That way he won't judge you because he'll know that this illness doesn't mentally effect your ability to function.

if someone cares about you then they will care about all of you which includes any preconditions. whether it matters enough for a relationship is a different question

I´ve got friends with autism and two people have been surprised when I told them I only have ADHD, so I´m leaning towards that I might have Autism as well- It would explain the quirks my ADHD cannot.

Either way; If your diagnosis only affects the social aspects of you I really don´t feel as if it´s anyones business but yours.
you rarely go "HI I´m Emma, I have autism" that´s ...weird.

I kinda have to tell people about my ADHD, if they are people Ì`m going to be around much.

Such as a potential boyfriend, he has to know the level of crazy he´s about to step into.

A lot will depend on the age range you're in. At 20, guys really just think with the small head and an attractive girl will get action no matter what's wrong with her. By 40 or 50, men have lost a lot of their sex drive and they have usually been through a few relationships which makes them hesitant to repeat old errors. They also get set in their ways and often don't want to mess up what has become a very comfortable life. I say this as a middle aged man who is set in his ways.

I'm an old guy and I am as resilient as anybody. But my cock is permanently limp. That makes me pathetic as fuck.

I think you will get approached a lot, but if you are unable to express that you're interested, then guys will feel like you aren't interested, which will eventually turn many away.

For girls, attractiveness is mostly physical. But being charming and feminine are crucial if you want to have the commitment of a high-value guy.
