ha yup .. ur normal .. it's all good .. i think we're all like that .. i do that a lot especially when i'm having a really bad day and fight or stupid talk or whatever ithink of what to say .. like right now i'm thinking wha to say when my boyfriend gets home .. ah .. but i don't even relaly know if it's all too normal for me to be doing that .. i guess cuas emy life is so boring
I do the exact same thing.
I can't think of anything on the spot because i feel so pressured.
I've been doing that all night!!! It's probably becoming a more normal activity, what with this amazing self-diagnostic tool called "the internet".
Wow, I'm a lot like you, except I'm only doing it with mental disorders.
There's acutally a disease for thinking you have diseases or always worrying about it! It's under the anxiety disorders and it's called Hypochondriasis. So if you're too stressed that you always think that or do it way too much, then there's a solution and treatment for it.
If it's not causing you stress, then stop worrying about how you worry! At least you are health conscious! Right?
Yeah it´s normal, but try to relax your self. Usually the worst case scenario will never happen.
