Workout addict

Is it normal to be addicted to working out? I like to walk/jog every day, go on the treadmill, life weights, do stretches and crunches, etc. I'm addicted to it. Seriously obsessed. It just feels so good! Now that I'm finally seeing results, it makes me wanna workout even more! Is it normal to be addicted to working out?

    the endorphins and serotonin are pretty much addictive, so yes completely normal. the more you push yourself the better you feel

    Its not a bad thing. I wish i could get a little addicted to that. Could loose a few pounds.

  • Yes. I lve it too. It is good for u and when u workout u get a "runners high" this is when those good feeling endorphins r released into ur body encouraging u to do it more. More ppl shoulddo it

      Yes, that's so true... especially here in North America (more people should workout). But yeah, I really love the highs I get from working out. It's awesome :)
