My mother always said of knowing if the man you were marrying was truely the "right" one. ask yourself the question...I've life left me in a wheelchair, would my husband push it for me. i mean you really are sure of it in your heart !!! (i don't mean off a cliff
actually i chose chivalry etc because i have been out with cocky guys before they suck ..the most important thing is being a gentlmen and yea he cant be fuck ugly like a retard or something but i dont mind money i have money so that wouldnt matter.a gentlemen with a face i could kiss for ages....
for those who said chivalry is dead, i beg to differ. i am a guy who will always hold a door open for a lady, and will always follow my gf's wishes over my own. (to a certain degree)i have never disrespected a woman, and i have been in many fights because of men insulting women and i find that repulsive.
Good listener, caring, respectful, intelligent, and honest are musts for me.
Difficult. I'd like my husband to be at least decent looking, because I'll be waking up everyday to his face. He also needs to have the inner beauty for obvious reasons. He also needs a good bank account so that he could actually feed the family.
But, if I had to choose between three men with average qualities but exceptional in terms of looks, chivalry, and money respectively, I'll choose the guy with the chivalry.
Any woman who said "Chivalry/inside/inner beauty" is a liar who is merely fooling themselves and others. The truth of the matter is women want a masculine looking tough guy with lots of money and a nice car. Not a wimp or a feminine loser who has $20 in his bank account.

I can understand your perspective; however, you really have missed the mark. Either real young (like still in high school) which would make sense because that age, it's way common to be so shallow. If you're 20 or 30 something, have a fair amount of dating experience, then I have no other conclusion to come to other than, you must be the type of guy that only tries to date "hot" girls. The type of girls that have men throwing themselves at constantly, especially the young and spoiled ones. If that is the case then you really need to get to know the woman from the inside out because you will realize how ugly those attractive girls are on the inside (did you ever watch shallow hal) if you spend time with women and get to know them on the inside, then your luck (and outlook) will change!
imo, he might not be handsome or popular or rich or whatever, but if he's fun to be with, then the only quality he needs is beeing trustworthy. )

wants to explore the possibilities in life and isn't afraid to have a family and won't run away from responsibilities
the most important thing for me is intelligence and inner beauty and loyalty. It was a plus for me when I met my husband. Hes very attractive (even if he plays Guild Wars lol) he is smart, (hes in school for CIS) and i am the only woman he has ever "Been" with.
the one i will choose to marry must have sense of responsibility and of course caring
i can't pick one thing, but the top things are
trustworthiness/trusting - a relationship without trust is doomed to failure
communication - you need a man who will work through problems with you and be open about his emotions
love - obvious but often overlooked. you have to fully invest yourself and know that they're 100% invested in you, too, for a love to be true.
