why will a pretty woman sit infront of the mirror for a hour make herself look as pretty as she can makeup- heels--toe nail polish-- low cut dress breasts half exposed then go out and get mad at a man if she catches him looking at her. doesnt she know all men look at sexy pretty women? men are never going to change.

And there's a difference between looking and leering. Looking is okay, leering and sexually harassing someone is not. It's not a compliment, and guys shouldn't try to pretend it's not meant to make the woman uncomfortable. If you don't like the way women dress, then move to Iran.

I think wearing makeup is fine just don't over do it, and yes were going to get stared at no matter what.

Ugly or pretty, no one likes to be leered at. There's nothing wrong with looking, but when taking a good stare at anyone for any reason, it is best to be discreet.
I find they tend to do it when they're looking to get someone's attention. If her clothes are more bizarre, and her makeup is noticeable, she may be doing it to express herself, and doesn't realize she's attractive. Yes, we are that oblivious.
