      This is half true. Women who peak in their teens and early 20's typically look aweful as they age above 40.

      The ugly ducklings age much better and are prime around 35 and age well into their 50's.

      OP's sense of grammar and spelling is appalling but I understand what he is referring to. Apparently he was recently red-pilled and got acquainted with the Pareto-Principle which says that 80% of women only want sex with the top 20% of men. Women would rather share a top dog than be exclusive with an average male. Some OKCupid statistic showed the same and men who could be judged as average by a fellow man are judged as ugly by most women, whereas the way men judge women is following a rather homogeneous curve.
      When OP says that 70% of women are attractive I think he meant to say that 70% (it's actually more) of women can and will get sex and maybe even reproduce (but the figure is much lower for men)
