    There are different sounds and feelings when air is introduced into the rectum during anal intercourse. If done properly (Enema, lube) it will come out around the penis in a typical noise.     It depends on how hard you are and how firmly you are inserted. If you're firmly in there, then it should just 'go around' your dick and escape that way, if you're all limp and not trying then it may very well force your dick out.
