Will playing affect shrinkage?

hello so I've been on female hormones and blockers for 3 months now and erections are pretty uncommon and when wanted take awhile however I recently met a dominate who desires me to play with my yea on a daily bases which isn't something I enjoy, after which erections are slightly more common and when playing it hurts for some reason, anyways will playing with it affect slow down the shrinkage process? as even when fully tucked there's still a bit of bulge there and I cannot wait for the shrinking however if this request of hers will affect that I need to know, does anyone know? I apologize for asking but I cannot find anything on this and I've been looking for two hours now on various sights, any info you can know will be greatly appreciated!
