Wife wants me to file a restraining order

I'm 55 and married. My stalker is 22. I recently discovered she runs a blog called stalking my ex boss all about how she's been stalking me over the last year and a half. I had a restraining order against her already but it expired in March. I fired her and then stopped her from committing suicide when she had a breakdown. She has some mental health problems but she's not dangerous. My wife found the blog and wants me to file another restraining order. My 'stalker' has not approached me since the first restraining order was filed, she has never threatened me, she stopped her ex from assaulting me.. As far as I can tell from the blog (and what I know from working with her), she is attracted to me but knows she should keep away from me. She is not dangerous and it doesn't feel right to file another restraining order against her just to appease my wife. What would you do?

    She is stalking you, she is suicidal, she made a page about you. Yeah she has some serious problems she needs sorted out. You should get a restraining order because you really do not know how far this insane female will go.

    She may not seem dangerous now, but she could be at any time.

    File it since it's for your own safety, anyway.

        I don't know, I went and checked it out and the fact that she blurs the faces out and there's a picture of a young woman posing with what appears to be hearing papers makes me doubt that it's not at least partly real. The fact that she gives so much specific information and conversations makes me think it would be hard to make up. and the fact that she quotes word for word a restraining order. It seems doubtful that someone could fabricate all of this. She even mentions what it like in a mental ward and the medications shes been on. Seems like a lot of work for something that's not true. It does appear like she's mentally unbalanced but she doesn't sound dangerous. If anything it sounds like you need to worry about this other guy Voloyda.

    You should get the restraining order, probably. And if she gets in contact with you again, advice her to get therapy (though she might already have done this?)

    Well she obviously won't stop less you do something about it. So file that restraining order again.
