When i say something, people don't understand me. When i'm upset people don't understand me. When i look around i see people different than me. Is it normal?
People look but never see, as they listen but never hear, because of this I Speak but never say anything. It's peoples selfishness
dont worry about it, i listen to people and they all say strange things i dont understand like their hair or drinking at the bar last night, and im like, talk about someting productive like outerspace and how close a fishes dna is to ours.
Make your feelings known and try to tell someone what is the matter next time he asks you.

Learn to express yourself so that people take notice of what you are trying to communicate.
Don't restrict yourself only to oral communication, try other forms of media if speech does not work.
Most people think they're different and that others don't understand them. Unless you mean in a way as in a foreigner, then I would say it's normal. People can't help it if they can't understand certain accents.
