Why nobody likes living with me

A friend said to me recently "The reason nobody likes living with you because every year you pay for a girl to sleep on the couch and it's worse than buying a prostitute."
Other wise I am probably a pretty good room mate. I do chores, pay rent and don't cause any problems. However I have something I like to do that other people don't understand.
I don't care for relationships, so I do something else instead. About once a year I find a girl I think is interesting and invite her to move in for free where she can do whatever she wants. I don't require sex unless they ask and don't give them any rules other than to not cause me problems or make a mess or steal.
Typically I choose ones that would make horrible girlfriends and are completely psycho. I don't expect any empathy and like when they annoy the neighbors and cause problems. I don't want a relationship, but I just like them to keep me company and observe the destruction they cause. I let them follow me around where I go if they want and like that it pisses people off. I don't really care what they do. I encourage their sociopathic behaviors and pretty much just enable them so that when they decide to leave they are better at whatever it is they do. I only ever kick them out if they steal or cause me significant problems. I notice nobody else does this and everyone questions why I do it, but it's just what I like to do instead of having relationships.
