Why is this being done?

As much as you may dislike it, many countries in Africa are still at war today. For instance Uganda is still having issues. Guess what, there are some black men who ARE warlords. So it's not racist to make a comparison to something that is actually happening, happened, or on the verge of happening.

I have a suggestion for you, have you ever heard of "THE LOST BOYS"? If not I highly recommend you look them up and read their stories. They where runaways from warlords who wanted to hurt them and the war lords where black.
Also I would recommend you actually learn what the word racist actually means. So many people throw that word around now days with no real thought as to the real meaning.
