For the past two days, whenever my eyes tear up, my right eye hurts! Whenever I yawn and my eyes tear up, it hurts!. Whenever i pee and my eyes tear up (btw is this normal?), It hurts!. Whenever I cry, it hurts! Why oh why does it hurt to produce tears!?
you have some sort of infection. you just need some drops. I had this problem before and I worked at an emergency room and I asked the doc there and she gave me drops so you don't need an optician, I doubt anyway. just probably some simple antibiotic drops.
See a doctor. Sometimes, when I tear up, my eyes get irritated. My Eyelashes sometimes will move out of place and the tears will pick up, what I presume to be oils. If I apply a tissue to my closed eyes, it often fixes the issue. There's been times when I need to wet a paper towel to correct the issue or remove loose or wrongly alined eyelashes and the problem is solved. Try washing your face to get rid of built up secretions and don't wear make-up around your eyes.

If it hurts, go and see an optician. When mine put the dye in my eye, he said that there was some staining on my right eye. It was because there was some damage and it feels uncomfortable sometimes.
