why is it a woman can get her breast reduced in size, enlarged in size or get a hysterectomy on demand, yet if a man wants to be castrated, he has to go to a dozen steps, a thryapist and then mental evaluation, then if he has cancer they may do it, seems so bias,
hysterectomy on demand? damn where do you live it's hard as hell to get a hysterectomy unless you're dying/have cancer or something. even harder if you're also young and/or have never had a child, doctors will use the excuse not to do it "in case you want a child in the future and change your mind" lmao. my mum literally had to suffer with pcos and cysts for 38 years before they finally allowed her to do a hysterectomy after suffering that long

Castration directly affects sexual reproduction. Breasts do not. Simple.
People should be allowed to do whatever they want to their bodies when they are adults, including killing themselves.
