Why is he looking at me?

I read a story some-what like the one I am about to post, though mine is a little diffrent...I'm a girl.
Whenever I pass this guy, even if there are 15 other kids around he just looks directly at me...he doesnt smile, just looks.
I have been really curious as to why.
please help ^_^

    I have the exact same problem. He looks at me but he never smiles ^_^

    Holy crap, that guy is just like me with a girl from back in junior high. Maybe he's trying to flirt with you, but doesn't smile because he doesn't like to smile because he thinks he looks deranged and/or phony whenever he grins. That was why I did it. the reason he doesn't say anything is probably because he's afraid that he will be unable to articulate his feelings properly.

    He thinks you are cute, but he is too shy to say anything. He doesn't want to smile at you because he is afraid you will reject him.

    I just read a post 5 minutes ago that had the same problem your having. :o what a small world...err site?

    but anyways, theres too many possibilities about what he could mean by the stare

    I'm going to have to agree with all the other comments in the fact that Yes, he really likes you but probably has no experience with girls and has no idea on how to approach the situation. (Be gentle with him but don't be scared to talk to him)

    You should really seductively call him over next time you see him, give him a wink, turn around very slowly, pull down your pants, AND FART ON HIM! hahaha that'll show that little tart! and then be like "there's more where that came from. you looked interested."
