So I liked this girl at work over last summer but never considered dating her. The last day we worked together I realized I was in love with her, but she was getting ready to move three hours away for school. To this day (9 months later) there is not a day that I don't think about her.

im currently in your situation with a guy that broke up with me 2 years ago we dated for 2 1/2 years and i still feel the connection and love that we had whenever i see him and it bothers me soooo much because i really want to know if he feels the same way cuz i still and probly always will love him anyway i gess there no really proof mattered statement that i could give you to help you but who knows maybe u'll see her again someday and tell her how you feel
I feel pretty sure he does but sometimes it's necessary to break up to move forward in life and discover who you are and what you want and need out of life. Me and my ex spilt (we were engaged) I wasn't ready and I wasn't sure but I still miss her a song on the radio plays and memories flood back it is part of life and although I still love her enormously it would be very hard for me to be with her again after all we went through. But I totally would love to know if she feels the same way somehow it would make it easier. Knowing that you and the relationship meant as much to them.
I guess its the desire to have thy connection with that person, and when you finally get it, but find out that they're not interested you just get that crushing feeling. But you don't want to forget the good times with this person.... Or something... I'm probably not really helping right now.
I think it's the connection you had with her :\ Once you have fallen in love with them for about 1 year, you'll notice their flaws and their perfect things they do. After that you'll realize it really takes time to love someone. For me when I probably would brake up I would be happy then a few months later I would be really sad, then try to get back together. I think I would chose that's up there is knowing that nobody will ever make you feel that way, and that connection between you two. Have you ever talked to her, tried to hint that you at least liked her? Those might be some good things to get you two to start dating. Ask her if she wants to be your friend on FB or any other chatting site, like Skype or etc. You can also text or call her and tell her how you felt about her when you two were working by each other. If she has a boyfriend, it's really time to move on. There will never ever be anyone else in the world for you if you don't move on. Well everyone see's it differently some people will say it's the connection between us and others may say it's the fact that i may never feel this way about anyone again. it's never easy getting over someone you just have to not let it be the reason your life goes down the crapper.
