Sorry to hear you're feeling sad - often times all of us get to feel like that. The problem arises when its persistent and interferes with your daily life. Are you able to cope? Are you able to share this with friends you can trust?, its good to just talk- they dont have to have a solution, just a listening ear. Some light exercise? music? beware of comfort eating!
Get professional help if you feel things are getting out of hand. and dont forget there is a God who loves us to bits , so talk to the Lord He'll give you beauty for ashes Take care

you need to be a little more specific about this, is it that something sets you off and you get all depressed, that your in general depressed all the time ir something else?
have you considered meeting with a pschologist/psychiatrist?
These well known people felt the same:
%%u201CYou can have everything in the world, and still be the loneliness man. And that is the most bitter type of loneliness.%%u201D
(Freddie Mercury)
%%u201CThe sadness will never go away.%%u201D
(Van Gogh, suicide note)
%%u201CI really cannot carry on living with all that stuff inside of me.%%u201D
(Tracey Emin)
We are unhappy because we feel the guilt of our actions and the absence of God in our lives.
Nigel Benn, former World Champion boxer felt the same until he became a Christian. This is what he said:
'You see, people are dying inside, overburdened by marriage problems, financial problems and drugs problems and they don%%u2019t know how to escape.
'Well, I%%u2019ve had a bit of experience of this. I%%u2019ve been through exactly the same. I might not be what some people see in their mind as the pastoral type. I%%u2019m not whiter than white. But how am I meant to be?
'I want people to go to church and be able to feel something. I want people to be riveted. Jesus wasn%%u2019t a meek, mild-mannered man. Look how he reacted to the men selling animals for sacrifices inside the temple. He turned over tables and accused them of turning his father%%u2019s house into a den of thieves. He went in and smashed it up %%u2014 a bit like me.
'I don%%u2019t think about fighting any more. It%%u2019s gone, out of my life, though the fame I attracted has given me the opportunity to do God%%u2019s will, to help people transform their lives through my own experiences.
'My life was changed through Jesus Christ. People want to hear this and the Lord wants me to do many other things. He wants me to open a church. He really has big plans for me. I can feel this in my spirit. I%%u2019ve gone through everything in my life so far in order to reach this point, to be ready to do the Lord%%u2019s work.
'If I can be saved, a sinner, so can anyone.'
Being sad is a normal part of life everyone gets in slumps here and there you need to fight to get threw it. Trust me this will make you a stronger person.
It's completely normal. It could be a number of things, from wanting children yourself or just wanting a loving pet to cuddle up to at night. If you aren't currently dating anyone that could also be a possibility. The best thing, of course would be to read up on different things such as those, or visit a doctor to determine if it is something more serious.
Yes It's normal to feel down sometime... but best thing is to find what is bothering and and resolve that issue... no matter what just try to be happy!
maybe you should talk to a professional to find out why you have these feelings..
i feel the same way to, and i told a friend about it. she said that while most people do feel this way at one point in their lives, most do not feel it for weeks on end. maybe you need a change in your life, it might be a good idea to talk to someone about this if you are really worried though. good luck
