Why every girl i date is self-conscious of herself?

Hi there. I am an average looking guy; jerk faced, well-dressed, skinny, 6 feet tall, dark wavy hair. People say I am well spoken but who isnt nowadays? People also say I have charisma and come off as confident but I am just an introvert who can fake it well and talk when I really need to. For the record I have a very average "member" as well. This should tell you there is nothing special about me, and I sure as hell dont act like there is.

This should prove that I am no Tony Stark, or even close. Then why does every girl I date get self conscious for some reason or another? Tattoos, number of sexual partners (too few or too many), hair, weight, height, cooking skills (lol?) the list goes on.

There was even one girl who was way out of my league in looks, charm and everything. Except she was self conscious about her intelligence and education. She was not dumb at all, and in college, just 5 years younger to me. It is unfortunate I never called her to take her out as I wonder what would have happened.

Do all women have a self conscious side that especially comes out once you get to know them? Or am I just attracting and attracted to the insecure types? Or am I doing something wrong and because of that bringing out their insecure sides?

    Lots of of women and men are self conscious, but some are just better at hiding it than others.

    No one isn't self conscious, the people who seem that way just dont feel it as strong and /or can hide it a lot better.

    I've noticed this in most people. I have a really hard time not being annoyed by it too. I try really hard not to be but it's hard when somebody is constanly self defeating over typical issues.
