Why does the sky look like it's swarming? is it normal?

Sometimes when i look up into the sky it appears to look like a swarm of millions of flies or moving around similar to boiling water. Is this normal? Does anyone see stuff like this? What is this?

    Sounds like floaters. Generally a harmless condition but can rarely be a sign of something serious. Google "floaters in the eye" and see if that's what you've got going on

      nope, it's not floaters. This moves a lot faster than floaters, which I also have.
