Well, honey, one thang is for sure, your sister hear any of that bullshit from old Rosie, cause I know a lot of the advice my fellow users on this site give with regard to sex is a great way to catch fleas, and disease. I hope you remind your sister that not using a condom is a great way to catch a disease, and the pill isn't always 100% effective against pregnancy. She should be using condoms.

    I know it ain't easy, but try not to hate on her. Try to pray for her instead. For whatever reason she's conformed to what might be the mainstream of the current sex obsessed culture, but from what you've said she used to be different. Maybe she wants to fit in with what might be the current norm, but she's probably insecure unfortunately.
