Why does my nose and my right eye won't stop twitching

My friend told me that the guy I been liking for the last 3 years just wants me to sleep with him. Out of all people I didn't think he was that kind of guy. Well since that day my nose mainly and my left eye wont stop twitching. It's really annoying can some one just tell me how to stop it.

    Facial seizure/spasms, I think these are neurological related. My eye used to twitch randomly. It wasn't painful. It was uncomfortable and scary. My went away, but yours seem to be more lasting. I think you should consult a doctor. It could be serious.
