Why does my finger tickle when i experience sadness?

Back in November, I started talking to this guy in my class since I had a huge crush on him. A few days after I started talking to him, I found out his dad passed away a year before that. Despite being highly overdosed on cough syrup that night, I was suddenly sober after reading his IG post about it. Why? Because I could relate, the same thing happened to me 8 years ago. I just felt a connection with him, and thats when my finger started tingling. One tear leaked from my eye, and I went back to hallucinating. But every time I thought about it, I would feel a tickle sensation in my right middle finger. It's not a "pins and needles" type of feeling, its not pain, its just a tickle. Does anyone else experience tingly fingers during sadness? I do feel really really sad for him, and for a while, I thought it was my God-given duty to help him.
Last night, I had a dream he was staying in my house for the summer. In the dream, I woke up one morning and heard him crying in the other room. I walked in there and noticed there was blood. All i remember doing was comforting him, but during the entire dream, I had that feeling in my finger, and woke up with it and it has continued all day today. Is this because of some sort of connection?
