Why does he gets nervous , is he intimidated by me?

Okay so i been speaking with this man for 5 months now, we been taking it slow getting to know eachother more. which is extremely good, as the months go by we grow even more.

He is always buying me gifts, he is a leo and thats what they do, last week i bought him a calvin klein sweater because i was thinking about him while shopping, he loved it i was even suprised when he wored it the next day.

he is 53 im 18. HUGE AGE difference
we waited till i was 18 to even start dating
He treats me excelent but when i rub his back hug him and kiss him while were speaking he gets extremly nervous or paranoid, i really dont know what it is but he starts touching his phone starts saying to watch out where to touch him at and so on. i tell him relax and whats the matter and if should i stop , he says no and he keeps on. its so weird. he gets so nervous like he even grabs the news paper, why is that?

    This is strange. I doubt he's intimidated- older men usually don't get that way. Maybe he feels some guilt because you're so young? Talk to him about it. Tell him you WANT to touch him and that you want him to let you.

    He may be uncomfortable with physical contact for reasons that are completely un-related to you. If you enjoy this persons company, then continue to spend time with him but respect his physical boundaries. He may have chosen you to be-friend because he did not think that you would be physically attracted to him. If neccessary, tell him that you need to move on to a physical relationship, but that you care about him and would like to remain friends.

    He obviously is not really comfortable with your big age gap, too be honest , i wouldnt like it if my 18 yr old daughter was seeing an older man , i mean 53 ?? he doesnt want people saying jeez look at the older dude with that young girl lol, And before you all jump on me about age doesnt matter blaghh blaghhh, i think in his case it does too him , otherwise he wouldnt feel like hes her dad in public eh !My ex got with a 21 yr old girl he was in his 40s , when he went out with her people would say , is this your daughter,?? lmfao , he never took her out ... much .. publically, obv , uncomfortable like your dude, :)
