Why do you all hate christians i mean i don't see so many hate storys about catholics[aka perverts] or muslims or any other faith i just don't think its just not right you would not like if somebody calls you all names so what gives you guys the right to put down christians. HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT.
I think if people opened their eyes for once they would see that not all christians are how they stereotype them. I know a lot of christians (family, friends, school, teachers etc) And they are nothing how you guys explain. Maybe you are just hanging around the wrong bunch of people?
I also agree a LOT w yourafreak and to areo..whatever. REAL Christians aren't like that. If they act better than everyone else and put people Down they are NOT Christians. We were put here to lead people to Christ and all those people are doin is leadin people away from Him they are bein hypocrites!
im a christian & i love God, bt i sometimes wonder how much more peaceful this world would be without religion. then people would never be fighting about it all the time.
No one makes fun of Christians. It's jews that get the worst insults, then muslims or immagrants, then Catholics. that is the order of the worst amount of insults they get.

Before I get jumped or whatever I'm a Christian and I don't shove my religion down anybodys throat. If u don't wanna believe it hey at least I tried. I go to a church of Christ and everyone thinks that "those church of Christ people" tell people they are goin to hell even baptist and whatever else and I've never told anyone that and Idk anyone who has. everyone sins it doesn't matter what it is. It's all the same in Gods eyes. So some Christians might judge but I try not to I really do bc if u do judge then ur not a Christian. I have particularly this one friend her and I have been thru a lot of the same things almost everything I met her a church camp and she told me all her stuff and I did the same and after that she said I just don't see the point n prayin when i've been thru so much and I just told her sometimes I don't either and that's ok just kno God's never goin to tempt you beyond what you can handle I didn't sit there and shove my religion down her throat!!!!!! she knows what's right and wrong or she wouldn't have spoke up is my opinion. So I'm a Christian and I'm proud of it. I've been thru a lot but I know I can always handle it no matter what bc God wouldn't have gave it to me and that's what the Bible says 1 cor 10:13 or Matthew 28:20 I think I can't remember. But what I can't stand is a christian who tries to be perfect I kno I ain't perfect and neither is anybody else.
So then tell me dawn what are you doing there exactly? You just insulted us (christians) which in your case would make you a hypocrite,and we do not put down other religions but do in fact try to convert! I mean you dont see us running around in turbans blowing people up. Christians see it as it is! and coming up on the end times alot of you non-believers will see it the hard way! (when i say end times i do not mean 2012 as that is a bunch of crap) Orakugirl- thats terrible about what happened but you could not centerly blame that on the christian faith! whoever talked about muslims in turbans blowing people up was really not cool. very uncalled for. i think the problem here is that people are stereotyping too much. not all christians are hard core bible bashers and not all jews are evil. there are people from all religions that do wicked or disliked things but that is no reason to penalise the majority!

look at it from other peoples POV, most kids stop believing in *santa around 6-9 and their folks stop telling them *santa is real and the kids stop believing, but what if they didn't and other folks did the same to their sporn then santa in the kids minds becomes real forever, unless in rare cases, in which the kid(s) can think for themselves (unlike their folks) Now christians replace *santa with the word god and i hope you get my point!!! i only feel sorry for you and i guess you would say the same to me. p.s i would word this better but i don't really care and i do not like the word folks it's just shorter than parents.

Christianity was linked to Catholicism at one point but then branched off because we didnt completely agree with everything! Thats like saying christianity and Catholicism is the same as Judaism because we did in fact branch off from them! Jews believe that The Mesiah didnt return as that we believe that he did.. In other words They dont believe that he rose again and we do! Or that he was even put on this Earth for that matter!

I'm a Christian and I don't shove my religion down people's throats. I have friends of every religion and we get along just fine. Sure there are some CLOSED-MINDED CHRISTIANS, but there are also PUSHY ATHEISTS and HOMOPHOBIC MUSLEMS.
We're all HUMANS here. It's not so much about the religion as the PERSONALITY in my opinion.
But for the record I am a Christian but I also like gays, heavy metal, and my best friends is a witch. So NOT ALL CHRISTIANS ARE RELIGIOUS NUTS.

I was raised very strictly baptist christian and can quote the bible with the best of you. This is why I'm an athiest! I gave up my belief in Santa claus and the tooth fairy long ago and noatter how much "faith" I have in them, they are not real. The next logical conclusion is that god isn't either.
first of all catholics are cristians (the definition of being cristian is beliving jesus is the son of god) second i dont personily know a catholic who is a pervert third not everybody hates cristians just people who hold grudges for years

Here's my question: HOW CAN YOU BE SO IGNORANT?! Christains are hated because they are often the source of awful religious prejudices. I lost a good friend of mine because her mother said that she shouldn't be around me because I was a Jew and Jews did bad things. (she was Christian)

People are prejudice is why. People always want to attack someone to make themselves feel better about how shitty they think they are. Christianity, Judaism, and Muslims are the most known popular religions so of course everyone attack those.

People don't like Christians because they don't understand someone else's strong beliefs in something; so they have to insult it. Also people don't like Christians because the mainstream media is liberal and want others to think like them. They have to have an enemy because they are unhappy.

They venerate Mary who was a very minor player in the Bible b/c the people in the Middle Ages were afraid
